Resident license number (R-number; will only be used for the purpose of verification)
Position for which you are applying
Motivational statement of 300 words maximum.
If you are a resident in Family Medicine, please also include your site of training in your email.

Nomination period: Now until July 24, 2026. Applications will also be accepted during the General Assembly, however candidate statements will not be disseminated if they after received after July 19, 20:00 EST.
First report of candidacies received: July 10, 2026
Second report of candidacies received: July 17, 2026
Final report of candidacies received: July 22, 2026
Voting period: Electronically on July 24, 2026 during the GA. Ballots will close at the end of the GA.

All members in good standing with the ARM are eligible, irrespective of their funding (RAMQ, Canadian Armed Forces, Sponsor).
