Board of Executives
President
DR RAMI HABIB:
Rami Habib, a Medical Oncology resident, has been serving in the ARM since 2022 and has been in the Specialties Pedagogical Affairs portfolio since 2023. He’s particularly interested in residency accreditation, competency-based medical education, and safeguarding student rights in matters of union affaires, promotion and disciplinary challenges. He also sits on committees related to all residency affairs, including academic and union-related issues.
VP Internal Affairs
DR HAROON MUNIR:
Haroon is a PGY-3 Internal Medicine resident at McGill University. As VP Internal Affairs, he serves as the ARM’s Chief Elections Officer and Executive Vice-President, while overseeing the organization’s internal operations and communications. He manages the ARM newsletter, social media platforms, and official website, and works to strengthen communication and engagement across the resident body. His interests include resident advocacy, medical education, and organizational leadership.
VP Finance
DR CEDRIC KAFIE:
Cedric is a PGY-2 Family Medicine resident at McGill University. As VP Finance, he oversees the ARM’s financial operations, supports responsible budgeting, and helps secure funding for resident initiatives, special projects, and events. He works closely with the executive team to ensure that ARM resources are managed transparently and used effectively to support the resident body.

DR OLIVER TERRY:
Oliver is a PGY-2 Internal Medicine resident at McGill University. As VP Union Affairs, he helps ensure that the collective agreement is applied consistently across McGill-affiliated training sites and advocates for fair, safe, and supportive working conditions for residents. He also represents the ARM’s interests within the FMRQ’s Conseil des affaires syndicales and serves as a point of contact for residents with questions or concerns related to workplace and union matters.

DR SABRINA BERGERON:
Sabrina is a second year Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology resident. She obtained her medical degree and doctoral degree from McGill University. During her academic journey, Sabrina has developed an interest in medical education sitting on various committees at the institutional and provincial level. Sabrina is thrilled to take on this new role of VP Pedagogical Affairs (Specialties) and to continue protecting the residents' rights in matters of promotions and pedagogical challenges.

(Comité des Affaires pédagogiques) – Family Medicine
DR ROSALIE RACINE:
Rosalie is a PGY-2 Family Medicine resident at Queen Elizabeth Health Complex. She completed her medical degree at McGill University following a career as a physiotherapist. Rosalie will be serving as the VP CAP for Family Medicine where she will advocate for residents at a local and provincial level.
In this role, she represents the voice of McGill’s Family Medicine residents at meetings with the FMRQ and McGill’s Faculty of Postgraduate Medical Education Committee.
VP Wellness
DR FEODOR POUKHOVSKI-SHEREMETYEV:
Feo is a PGY-4 Psychiatry resident at McGill University. As VP Wellness, he promotes resident well-being and organizes initiatives throughout the year, including wellness events, the annual Resident Wellness Day, and other resident-focused activities and benefits. He also represents the ARM on the FMRQ’s Comité du bien-être and welcomes residents’ ideas for new wellness initiatives.
VP Events
DR BENSON WAN:
Benson is an R3 in Radiation Oncology, and will be the VP Events for this upcoming year. He will be in charge of organizing the society's social events, and other projects such as the clothing sale and the Special Projects Fund.
VP CPEM (Comité de planification des effectifs médicaux)
DR SAMUEL WILSON:
Samuel is a PGY-3 resident in Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology at McGill University. He holds a medical degree from McGill University and a master’s degree from Université de Sherbrooke. Since 2024, he has served with the ARM and FMRQ, representing residents in non-designated specialties and contributing to advocacy and educational initiatives. As VP CPEM, he supports physician-workforce planning, shares information about positions, and helps residents navigate career planning in Québec.
