Hello everyone,

My name is Eve Peraldi, and I am currently a PGY-3 Neurology resident.

Throughout my training, I have served in several leadership roles, including as an undergraduate and academic representative, and I have founded and contributed to multiple student groups. These experiences showed me the importance of being heard and how collaboration can positively shape our day-to-day work.

If given the opportunity to represent you, my goal would be to foster open, transparent communication by keeping residents informed, listening to your concerns, and ensuring your perspectives are brought forward. I believe that meaningful representation comes from being present, approachable, and translating residents’ feedback into practical action.

Residency is demanding, but I also believe it should be a positive and rewarding experience. In addition to advocating for your best interests, I hope to help create opportunities that strengthen our sense of community and make training more enjoyable. Even small initiatives can have a meaningful impact on our daily lives and on the quality of our residency experience.

With my energy and motivation, I am confident I can bring enthusiasm, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset to this role, helping create an environment where you feel supported and empowered.
