The ARM is a bilingual organization whose mission is to represent and support the residents of McGill in all aspects of their life as residents. It accomplishes this through consistent interactions with residency programs, hospitals, the McGill Faculty of Medicine and the government. It is composed of McGill residents elected by their peers.

EARTH QI Projects Recruitment
Are you a resident interested in advancing healthcare sustainability? Environmental Action by Residents and Trainees for Health (EARTH) is a new national initiative supporting medical students and resident physicians to lead sustainability-focused quality improvement (QI) projects across Canada.
We are currently recruiting our first cohort! Apply as a team or individual to join a national community of practice of trainees to develop skills in healthcare sustainability QI and launch initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of healthcare with mentorship from health sector leaders and up to $500 in project funding! The deadline to apply through our application form below is Sunday, Sept 28th, 2025.
